You will be able to change your phone number for free (one time) once these area codes become available.

Do you know that you can forward your number to your cell phone if your computer is off? To forward your magicJack number simply:

  1. Login to your Member Features control panel here: my.magicjack.com
  2. Make sure "Check to enable Forwarding" is checked.
  3. Replace "Change Number Here" with the number you want calls forwarded to.
  4. Click "Save Changes"
  5. Logout and your done.

To return your magicJack you will need to include a proof of purchase along with your magicJack in its original packaging. Please fill out the form below to obtain an RMA number.
